Tim and John came out and took great care to demo the old decking and rails quickly. They did a great building the new rails, installed a new privacy wall on the upper deck, and laying down the new decking. I had issues with the stability of stairs and they provided solutions to secure the stairs and prevent any further movement when I walk up and down the steps. GUP not only cleaned and restained the deck but went the exta distance to sand out the overstained spots left by the original company.
