Whale Maintained Properties have actually done a number of jobs for me over the years. Most recently they installed a bathtub and surround in an upstairs bathroom for me. They've also handled HVAC and water heater maintenance and repair, faucet and toilet replacement, and hardwood floor refinishing for me. They always communicate well and deliver great quality for the price. They even make sure my dog, who is small and likes to run for the door, never gets out of the house while they're working on something. I really couldn't be happier with the work they've done for me over the years.
