"Not a good experience. Had a screen repair done April 3rd on my iPad. Noticed while picking up from the store that there were marks on the frame. Thought this would be normal as the screen was being replaced and I expected a few marks. Let’s also remember that these parts ARE NOT GENUINE APPLE PARTS. The clerk was unable to tell me anything about their origin when dropping the iPad off. It raised my eyebrows because I could just go to Apple and avoid them entirely. Fast forward a month later I'm holding the iPad by it's corner and the screen cracks as I'm holding it. Went into the CPR store and dealt with three different associates. The first person says that they will not replace the screen or offer a refund. The reason was because if they sent the screen back to the supplier that they would not get a refund. The manager reiterated that this is a business and that all he sees is an iPad with a crack in it. After a bit of bickering I retrieved my phone to read back the company's 100% satisfaction guarantee. He then booted me from the store. My advice would be buy a new iPad before shelling out $230 for a screen repair, just to be told they don't back up there work, which is shoddy at best."
