TV Repair
HAD USED COMPANY BEFORE AND BEEN SATISFIED WITH SERVICE. THIS TIME SERVICE, OR LACK OF SERVICE, WAS UNACCEPTABLE. SCHEDULED THREE SEPARATE APPOINTMENTS WITH ANTONIO, BUT HE ONLY SHOWED UP ONCE TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. HE DIDN''T SHOW UP FOR OTHER TWO APPOINTMENTS TO FIX THE PROBLEM, DID NOT COMMUNICATE THAT HE WASN''T COMING.
