"This is the worst experience. I paid over $ 800 to have my sofa and house cleaned carpets were fine but the sofa was not cleaned. I am ending up have to wash the cushion covers Becouse the fabric is washable, They came out a second time and Rob the tech tried to say my sofa had new stains, but was the same stains that he didn’t clean. What a waste. I will never use them again I asked for my money back for the sofa and was told no. Do not use!!!! If it doesn’t get clean then oh well!"

"First, I want to say that the job I asked Mr. Sandless Indianapolis to do, was a terrible job. It's a 100 year old restoration with hardwood that had carpet glued down on top of it for many years. They did an amazing job. Stacey was very quick to get an accurate estimate and to get technicians out to the house and started within a week. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and very professional. I asked a number of questions, all of which were answered in a complete and timely fashion. I would gladly recommend to anyone who had hardwood refinishing needs. Thanks!"

They did an amazing job. Stacey was very quick to get an accurate estimate and to get technicians out to the house and started within a week. Checked in several times, updating me after they completed other jobs so I could have a good idea of how soon I could expect them. Were very professional and friendly when they arrived. They did not waste anytime! Came in, located the stain, neatly and respectfully brought in their equipment, and completely removed the stain. Pricing was cheaper than the companies that were NOT willing to come the same day. Overall great experience and will be contacting them for any future carpet cleaning needs, as well as refer them to friends and family."

"Dennis Hughes is NOT a licensed contractor in Allen County. We could never get him to show proof of insurance or bonding. I hope that this review will prevent someone from hiring this company. We hired him to redo a patio roof. The flashing around the utilities pipe was improperly done. The roofing was installed backwards and lacked the proper amount of nails. It was not connected to the house properly. The gutter was installed so that it was useless and prevented windows from opening. We tried to get him to correct the work but he always had some excuse for not doing the work. He was rude and combative and refused to bring his paperwork to prove he was licensed and insured. He yelled at me and my brother as we tried to help my mother resolve this issue. We finally had to hire someone else to completely redo it. I wish that the address for this work would not be revealed to Dennis."
