"Brayden from Acess Intergrated Solutions got in touch shortly after I researched Angi's list on Thursday evening, 6/4/26, then on Friday, 6/5 set up a time and place to work on teaching me how to set up a brand new email account, we needed two new accounts. Monday, June 8, I met Brayden and worked with him for 2 hours and we now have 2 new email accounts. He was very professional, extremely pleasant and when he took remote control of my computer, I knew we were in good hands. He restored documents and pictures that I thought were hopelessly lost. He also cleaned up and eliminated unnecessary programs. I sat in the comfort of my home, sipping coffee while watching Anthony work his magic. "On Christmas evening I searched for computer technicians for my Toshiba laptop. I was receiving a Microsoft low on a memory error. Of the companies, Butch Myers of GatorTeq responded first on the next morning. An appointment was set for the next week. Due to pandemic precautions, Butch picked up the computer. He analyzed the problem. He suggested, by telephone, a course that would correct the problem as well as improve computer performance. He put this information in writing with an estimate of the cost which was fair. Buck returned the computer by the required date which was about one week. He explained the work and answered every question that I had. My computer is working better than I can remember. It is like having a new computer. I am highly satisfied with Buck performance and recommend him."
"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
