Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Weilhammer Plumbing was an excellent pick to help replace my hot water heater that was leaking. I submitted request for quote before 7:30 a.m. & received call in 5 mins. Mark picked up my replacement & had installed by noon. So excited to add this company to my list of repair contractors.

Called me within 15 mim of my HomeAdvisor submittal. Great same day service - they even had to bring a second water heater that would fit the installation area to the house. Final Price was lower than the phone estimate.

Weilhammer called us right away after our Home Advisor inquiry. When I described the problem, he knew what the likely problem was and gave us a quote over the phone. He even offered to come out and look at it to make sure before we committed to any work with him. We would definitely use them again!

While service requested was provided - in an emergency situation and work and product were very acceptable, the person made inappropriate conversation and comments while working. I would hesitate to use them again.

"I dont know who you are or exactly what I did for you.??.. I generally try to be myself and be friendly and always joke and talk with the customers if they wish to.... but some folks are more tender and sensitive than others. So did I tell you an off color joke?? Did I tell some funny stories about some of my past employees?? I try never talk politics or religion but I can get to talking and gossiping if the customer wants to discuss the problems in the world.. I suppose you did not t like my sense of humor to give me only a 2.5 rating...??. I guess I am lucky I did not sing for you , or you might have only given me a 1 star.... good luck to you whom-ever you are.... ."

The gentleman was very prompt and friendly. The panel that goes in front of the heater to conceal the burner and the pilot light was missing so he cut a piece of scrap metal for us to cover it.
