When contacted again 1hr30 min later, texted back that he was on his way, and would be in 15 min. 15 min later, texted back to inform that that morning his boss had decided to cancel all appointments, except for Pleasantville (our appointment was at 6 pm, and he had texted us 15 min. earlier that he was on his way). The second time, around the story repeated itself: “Elian” did not show up on time, we texted him, he said he would be 1hr 45 min late, after which did not show up at all, having us wait until dark. That was after he got our address complete with detailed directions, a google map, and pictures of the property. Strange name, strange accent. Makes me wonder if this is a legit business. I do not recommend getting involved with these people. Too sketchy."
