"We found water leaking from the water heater. Just by chance. So he just jumped in and replaced it. All Good. He originally came to replace a bath room fan with an upgrade that has a heater. I had purchased a unit long ago ,still in the box, so he proceeded to install it, He informed me that it was wired directly but need a part ordered for it. I decided to purchase another new one ,which I did. He left the crawl space open. He left the new wire to the fan hanging in the crawl with no staples. He mounted a used switch on the wall for the heating part of the fan. It was not at the same height and was a cream colored switch with a white cover. On the other wall the fan switch and light switch were not separated. They now are. I bought a new switch and had it put in. I bought another new Heat switch and cover and mounted it. I still have not stapled the wire up. I will in the future. I will put the crawl cover back on and replace the TV . I asked for a receipt and he said the water heater from Menards was around 900 dollars and would give me a receipt. Never did but on the phone he said in text he would try to find it. I'm still waiting. The company did work to resolve any problems we had and they did take care of everything."

Their price was the best of the 3 bids I got, although to be fair the comparison was not apples-to-apples among the 3 contractors. One bid used aluminum-clad wood, another a composite; Thermal bid using triple-pane solid vinyl windows.They were careful checking the measurements and kept us posted on progress. Nick and his Dad worked quicklly, even in 90+ heat, usually leaving early afternoon. They were good about cleaning up -- no debris left over. They were also good about keeping the inside of the house clean and meeting EPA requirements to avoid spreading lead dust (our house is over 80 years old). Took them about 5 days to install after the windows were manufactured. No complaints at all. Hope I never have to do any of this again, but I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone who needs window replacement."

"Kevin was referred by my brother-in-law after we had had several false starts with other contractors who either raised their prices everytime they showed up, or would not return calls, or started work and never returned.
His original estimate was in line with what we expected based on the reimbursement of our insurance company and he provided a detailed bid, outlining each phase of the work, unlike other contractors who gave a one sentence estimate.
We originally wanted to replace plaster ceilings and walls with plaster but finally realized that wallboard would actually be stronger and easier to apply.
Kevin  removed the remainder of the ceiling and installed all the wallboard in our entry way; installed wallboard and the ceiling in the basement stairwell and covered the cinder block wall in the basement stairwell.  His painting crew arrived on on time and quickly performed their job and cleaned up after themselves.
After the painting was done Kevin returned, installed a new light fixture in the entry way and a handrail on the basement steps.
Outstanding professional, excellent workmanship and communication.  We will definitely use him again.
