We recently hired Ratcliff Design and Build for a major update to our home, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Nathan and his crew installed three hidden support beams, replaced several windows, and added a beautiful French door—and they nailed every detail. From the very beginning, Nathan was clear, professional, and easy to work with. What really stood out was his attention to detail—nothing was rushed, and every cut, joint, and finish was done with real care. It’s rare to find a contractor who treats your home like it’s their own, but that’s exactly what we got. Even better, he stuck to the timeline and the quote he gave us. Ratcliff Design and Build did a phenomenal job! I wanted to convert a spare bedroom to a laundry room, close in our loft to create a bedroom, and close in the second story of our foyer to create a small room. I felt it was a big ask but they did it with grace and accommodated a little bit of a rushed timeline for us. They answered all my questions, addressed my concerns, and were very considerate. Since then they have helped solve a mysterious electrical issue we had, floored my hallway, stabilized our banister, and installed a Murphy door for us. All of it looks great and I will continue to reach out to them when I have additional projects in mind. Highly recommend!
