Todd and his team were great. They were responsive in keeping me up to date with the offers on the current house and helped keep a good timeline with the new construction home. I called Todd about putting my house on the market, he came out that same day and talked things over with me. Less than a week later we had it listed and sold in two days. When i was looking to buy a house they showed me multiple houses that I had picked. His team was very helpful I work long different hours and his team would always get back to me late at night. It went super well. My daughter and her husband recommended the Todd Cook Team (they had sold houses for them and their friends). The Team was awesome, made things happen...We didn't have to do a thing, except show up at the closing. Then a few months later we get an invitation to a BBQ dinner, live music, drinks, games, raffles etc., German Park. Greenwood. This was an appreciation dinner. Just rare to have people treat you so well even AFTER they're technically done with you. :) We will definitely use their team again and recommend them to all our family and friends.

Todd sold our home in 4 days! His team really goes above and beyond. Between drone photos, professional photography, and a staging specialist to help us (all of which is included at no extra charge!), our home looked great on listings and in person.
