"Good-They started at 9:30 and were done by 2. We just needed the back fence replaced. It seems immovable right now, and looks great. Problem is driver drove all over my property - going down and up hill into a wetland behind my house rather than go back to the street to get to the other side of house. Then he backed every which way over my neighbors yard. Might also mention they were 3 days late from scheduled appointment with no notification they were missing scheduled appointment or arrival on day they did come"

"They installed a vinyl fence on my property late last year. The fence came out fine but they dumped the excess stone/concrete used in securing the fence posts into my neighbors yard behind some bushes. Needless to say he wasn't happy about it and neither was I. I called Fence Masters on several occasions, left multiple messages and spoke with a handful of different people, including one foreman (or whatever his title was) who said that he was going to come out and make it right and that they didn't do business like that and so on and so forth. Well, he never showed. I called again afterward and left another message for him. He never returned the message. They also forgot to put their company sign on the fence. Normally I wouldn't care, but the workmanship warranty states that the sign must be present for the warranty to be in effect. I told them about this during my calls as well, but they didn't do anything about it. The bottom line is that the company is completely unprofessional. Installing a fence isn't rocket science, there are plenty of companies out there that will get the job done right. If you want one that is customer service oriented and conducts itself in a professional manor, Fence Masters isn't it. I will never hire them again."
