However a two week expected delivery turned into a four week timeline, and we were only made aware of the issue and delay by us making the call instead of them contacting us. Both the inspection visit and the installation visit were over an hour later the scheduled time but the technician did call a short time before his arrival. The repair job will require us to make some cosmetic repairs to the window and also fix a couple missing nails."

I have called their customer service line a dozen times over the past few weeks and never once been able to get in touch with a real person. It has now been three months since my original purchase with no word at all on the remaining six windows. Notably they have fully billed the financing company for these windows. Terrible customer service. I wish I had used a more local company because their national customer service is worse than anything I've ever dealt with."
