Glass Doctor did a stellar job for us, which was a very good thing since we had met with five companies about this job with only two ultimately sending us a quote for the type of work we requested.
From our very first call, we were impressed by their attention to detail, prompt follow-through on everything they promised to do along the way, and true care for us as customers — so refreshing in this age of mediocre customer service!
And when a snafu occurred on the part of the out-of-town manufacturer who had to custom-cut our windows, the husband and wife who own the local franchise kept us in the communication loop big-time. We knew they genuinely regretted the inconvenience of having to reschedule given the time delay caused by the snafu.
As for the installation itself, the glass fit perfectly (not easy since they were oddly-shaped) and the crew worked diligently to save/reuse the original trim so that the final result matched other windows in our older home.
Hands down, we’ll call Katie and Josh the next time we have glass-related needs. They exemplify local small business owners who not only care deeply about the quality of their work but also the relationships they develop with their customers.
