The work was performed at both my son's house and mine, although I can only show one location below.
Rick makes sure whatever he does it is done the correct way. He is honest and very nice. He is a quality construction man and I will pick him over anyone else.
Ibhighly recommend Rick and Roger as they are professional and suggested a stair-step arrangement of tiles that is innovative and not so boring.
"While we are not always able to do jobs like this in a limited time frame, this one worked out very well, with no issues. The planning between ourselves, the customer, and the flooring provider left very little to go wrong, and it was a pleasure to work with the client."
We typically do our own painting and repairs, but due the height of the ceilings and size of the job we had to hire professionals. We were very pleased with the effort and determination showed by Mr. Powell and his crew. It was a huge undertaking and they worked  to get the job done in the time period quoted. Throughout the process we were promised that the job would be done to our satisfaction, and it was... we are extremely happy with their work and would recommend Constructive Innovations to our neighbors and friends. We would definitely use them again!
"Thank you for the review; at the time, I was in the process of completing a larger job, with a balky crew that is no longer with me; they made it difficult to remember all I had to get done, and required much babysitting. Two of the reasons they are not with me any longer. I try to keep my response times and communication reasonable, but sometimes do not do as well as I would like. I will continue to try and improve response time and communication in the future."
"Thanks for the review; normally we would have recommended a replacement opener, but parts were readily available, and inexpensive."
"Thanks for the review; we look forward to working with you again in the future!"
"Thank you for the review!"
"Thank you for the review! It was a challenging job from several angles, but we managed to restrict the moisture and critters to the exterior, where they belong. As a client, the homeowner was very understanding when hidden damage was uncovered, and we all worked together to return the house to normal."
"Thank you! I t was a pleasure working with you, and the reference photo of the type of look you were looking for was invaluable at many points. We look forward to working with you again!"
"Thank you for the review! The playset was an interesting jigsaw puzzle, and the terrain made things a little tougher, but it was well worth it to see the look on your daughter's face when she got to try it for the first time."
"Thank you for the review! I will be contacting you regarding the incomplete clean up, so I can talk to my crew about improvement."
"Thank you for the review!"
