"In a word, fantastic! I had been using a different animal control company. When I first noticed the current problems it was after the pandemic caused business practices to change. A call was made to the other company and a message requested I leave a message. The request also stated to not call back and leave another message, the first would be returned. After waiting several days, I gave up and called Animal Management. Someone actually answered and had an appointment for me very quickly. Craig was the technician that was sent. Per my request, he did a thorough inspection, removed the birds, and made the other suggestions. I agreed with all and the repairs were scheduled. Two gentlemen arrived at the scheduled date and time and spent the whole day doing a great job. Craig also stopped by to assist for some of the repairs. I am extremely happy that I called Animal Management, cannot recommend them highly enough."
"They were very quick to return my call and were at my house within 2 hours. They removed the bird nest and identified two others and provided a plan to remove them as well as prevention strategies."

"Aaron came after i was off work which was great. We chatted a bit about my pest concerns and he offered valuable advice (and even threw in some advice on my bird feeders too!) He then proceeded to spray all aroynd the outside of our home, in the garage, down in the basement, and inside every room. Ive already seen an improvement. Aaron was kind and very knowledgeable. I recommend him and Reliable Pest Control 100%"
"There was an animal in our kitchen wall, scrambling to get out - it sounded like a baby squirrel. The owner - Art - came right on time to the house. He quickly identified the problem as well as its source: a bird had fallen behind the gutters on the back of our house into the wall, so he cut a very small hole in the wall at the base (just big enough for a bird), and coaxed it out into a cage, then set it free in the yard. Then he nailed the gutter board back into the roof, so this couldn't happen again. Perfect! "
"Peace of mind pest control was the only company that called me back before the day was over. Ken and his helpers met me at the house on time and decontamination and clean up the house. Our family couldn't believe it was the same house. It was a job well done. Thank you Ken and his helpers if it wasn't for you guys we wouldn't have known what to do. Thanks for saving us T. Taylor"
"When they came, we evidently had chimney swifts in our chimney and they couldn't remove them (by law due to it being an endangered species). By the time the birds were gone and we called them back, the coupon had expired. "

The best time of year to remove bats is autumn until spring. In fact, many states have restrictions on bat removal, mandating it to start sometime in August and go up until May. For some states, the removal period stops in March. Your pest control pro should know of any restrictions and can help you pick an optimal time for removal.
Metal coil-shaped retriever tools (around $50) help remove empty nests and debris from chimneys. Unless you are sure the nest is vacant, we recommend calling in a pro to handle bird’s nest removal from chimneys, vents, roofs, and other hard-to-reach places.
Birds are often averse to certain strong scents. For instance, the odor of predator urine, such as that from foxes or hawks, can deter them. Similarly, birds may dislike the pungent aromas of garlic, onions, and chili peppers. Essential oils like peppermint, eucalyptus, and citrus can also be effective in keeping birds away. However, it's important to note that individual bird species might react differently to these scents, so it might require some experimentation to find the most effective repellent for your specific situation.
DIY animal removal is rarely a good idea and is not advised for many reasons. First, these types of animals can carry diseases and, therefore, pose a health risk to you, your family, and your pets if mishandled. Second, depending on your city or municipality, it may be illegal to remove or handle wildlife yourself.
Sealing your home against these animals yourself is also a bad idea. Trapping an animal under your house will cause odor and insect problems when it passes away.
An owl's worst enemy in the wild is often other raptors and environmental factors. Among the avian threats, larger owls or other birds of prey can pose a danger, engaging in territorial disputes or competing for food resources. Terrestrial predators like foxes, raccoons, and larger mammals may target owl nests or young fledglings. Environmental factors like severe weather conditions, habitat loss, and food availability changes can also significantly impact owl populations.
