Recently had Animal Management Systems update and pest-proof my home’s crawl space. Their team was punctual and professional but also incredibly thorough in their work. They went above and beyond to ensure that every opening was sealed off from any potential pest intrusions. Appt for quote was fast. Walked me through areas of work. Added a one way access so that squirrels could get out but not back in day of quote. Then about a week later had the precautionary work done. Team was great!

I had damaged soffits and holes chewed in my roof caused by a raccoon in my attic. I talked with several other companies, but they didn’t demonstrate the professionalism that Cory and his team did. When I called his number, he immediately sprang into action. He put a temporary patch on my roof and attached a live trap to a location the raccoons were using as an exit. This is all before we even talked about a price. I asked him why he would do this and he said he wanted to make sure my home wasn’t damaged further, regardless if I chose his company or not. No other company that came out to bid cared enough to do that for me. I was worried about how much a repair like this was going to cost. Cory said he’d be with me every step of the way with the insurance adjusters. He was true to his word. He was there a half hour before the inspector arrived and he went with him as he assessed the damage. Long story short, because of Cory. I got a brand new roof, old insulation removed, new insulation installed, soffits repaired. Everything repaired professionally and it looks great. I even have a higher R value insulation than I had previously, so it’s cut down on our heating and cooling costs. It was a big job, it took a week. Cory visited with me several times along the way and he was always available by phone and text. He really treated us fantastic. I would 100% hire Cory and his team again. If you’re having a problem right now, call him first.

He was very thorough. They check everything. Got rid of 1 squirrel and then they came again to check. as I heard a noise. They put in some wires upon at the top of the chimney so the squirrel can't climb back. I appreciated him and did a great job.

What a fabulous company! I highly recommend AMS to others for pest control services. AMS returned calls quickly, provided a fair quote, arrived on time, had a great staff with fantastic work ethic, and finished the job quickly. They went above and beyond by helping with small maintenance on second story window and removing a vacated PVC pipe in the attic. Truly an amazing company with great people.

In a word, fantastic! I had been using a different animal control company. When I first noticed the current problems it was after the pandemic caused business practices to change. A call was made to the other company and a message requested I leave a message. The request also stated to not call back and leave another message, the first would be returned. After waiting several days, I gave up and called Animal Management. Someone actually answered and had an appointment for me very quickly. Craig was the technician that was sent. Per my request, he did a thorough inspection, removed the birds, and made the other suggestions. I agreed with all and the repairs were scheduled. Two gentlemen arrived at the scheduled date and time and spent the whole day doing a great job. Craig also stopped by to assist for some of the repairs. I am extremely happy that I called Animal Management, cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great!! They actually custom built permanent blockers so the birds could not return. Even better, they were able to remove the nests before the birds had laid their eggs for spring ??

Cory and his men did an excellent job. From setting a trap to ensure the attic was no longer inhabited, installation of galvanized wire over attic and crawl space vents, replacing all insulation and cleaning of the area, AMS did an outstanding job!

Did a fine job. Had bats entering my screened in porch. They found all entry points and sealed them in a manner that did not impact the looks of my porch. Added additional wood on the interior of the porch and stained to match.

Kraig did a great job. He was professional, punctual, and efficient. He was able to safely trap and remove the raccoons from our chimney and install a new chimney cap to prevent the issue from happening again. Great experience!

Excellent work. Caputured the raccoon on the first visit and returned to repair crawlspace. Installed a locking door to crawlspace to prevent future problems.

Really well! The technician Kraig was great! He checked inside the attic and by the gutter and around the house for squirrel activity. No squirrels in house. Squirrel may have tried to enter near gutter by trying to get through ice last Saturday. Thankful for honest, observant, and knowledgeable technician. It was great. They were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Met with Craig on a Tuesday morning, he inspected all attic areas and didn't find the cause of scratching coming from our walls. We walked the exterior of the house to looks for entry points, and sure enough, he found it. I have been in the construction field for years and had already inspected the exterior of the home more than once without success at finding the entry point. It took him about 5 minutes of inspection. He quickly got traps from his truck and set one to catch an animal coming out and one to catch if they tried to get in. About 6 hours later, we had our first squirrel trapped coming out of the home, and 4-5 hours after that the second one was trapped. I am a highly satisfied client and highly recommend them. You get what you pay for and these guys are worth it.

It went fine. The holes are plugged and the chipmunks are gone fir now.

The birds were stuck in the microwave vent, they came back to take them out. Very patient and thorough. Josh was great, service with a smile. Very professional. Amazed at their quick response. Would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Cory happened to be nearby when I called and was out within an hour or so. They were quick, professional, and did great work. Followed up the next day with a chimney cap, etc. to prevent more critters. Seemed like good, honest people. Highly recommend.
