Our project was a kitchen reface with new soft close cabinet doors, pull out shelves in 2 base cabinets, new countertops, sink, and faucet. We did not anticipate delays with the contract timeline; yet our installer made all the difference in our experience with Sho-Pro. His expertise is off the charts excellent. He went above and beyond the scope of work by identifying potential problems and recommending/executing unique solutions. His foresight was most welcomed and comes from years of experience and expert skills. We are very happy with his work and overall project results to date. "They were a little slow (2 weeks) to get back with me to schedule the work after I paid the deposit. But they were professional, the workers were polite, and the job was well done. I had a couple of complaints and they promptly came back and took care of them. One thing they could have done better: the job was interrupted by several days of rain. They anticipated this and told me they would return in 3 days. But they left the service door to the garage half painted and taped up and the paper they left was a bit of a mess until they returned three days later. If they would have just stayed a bit longer that evening and prepared the area for 3 days of rain and finished the door, that would have been much better. Overall I was pleased with the work and would hire them again next time!"
