"We had a slow start getting our work booked and scheduled. Had to call 3 times and speak to I think was the receptionist? Still was never contacted to schedule. I finally contacted Matt directly and was able to pick a date for repairs. The workers were nice and seemed to do a great job. Although a few days later my wife stepped out and walked the repaired sidewalk and found one area that was not quite level. I have not called Matt back yet to report the issue. "

"Mason’s demolished and replaced ou 1200 sq ft driveway in August 2023 at a cost of $11,000. In January 2024 we noticed pitting after two small snowfalls. We had not used any salt on our driveway. Mike Mason blamed it on salt carried over from the street. He proposed that they clean and reapply a sealer on the driveway, at a cost of $1,200, and said it should prevent pitting for 3-4 years. We said if that was the case, the previous sealer must have been poorly applied, if at all. We requested that he clean and reseal on a discounted basis, for that reason. Then he ghosted us. I strongly recommend that you not use Mason’s Northside Concrete, because they misrepresent the quality and durability of their work, and do not stand behind it."
