We had to clean our deck and outside doors/windows ourselves after the tracking and splashing involved in concrete cutting and pouring, and we had to clean the mud and dirt from our new concrete floor after the room was built before we could carpet. Otherwise a very positive experience from sales call (Greg Adler) to completion. Though completion seemed to take quite a bit longer than we were told, a holiday may have slowed things. Work crews showed up when we were told they would, we just didn't often know more than a day in advance when that might be.
