I've been in business locally since 1983 serving Vigo, Clay, Sullivan, Green and Vermillion Counties. We strive for quality at a competitive price. The majority of our work is preformed by us (no sub-contractors) enabling us to maintain better quality control. Estimates are free within a 15 mile radius, and all others are deducted from a signed contract.

"It saddens me that these feelings were never conveyed to me, either at the time the work was being done or at the time of payment. The first I've heard of this is today when I opened Angie's List. Not a phone call following a job that was completed months ago. We strive for satisfaction, during and after the projects are finished."

Horrible.
Late always.
Plumbing done incorrectly and flooded the kitchen.
Trim work and venting of shower left undone, never showed up to finish job.
Shower tile was not drained properly,causing mold, mildew and rotting. We had to redo entire shower floor.

This was a challenging re-model due to how the bathroom and kitchen were originally laid out. (the shower was next to the stove).
Mike redesigned the floor plan for the two rooms, coming up with a creative solution that completely defined the two rooms making the bathroom complete and private.

Work completed on schedual and under budget. Removed old pedistal sink/ replaced it with vanity. Rehung door. retro fitted new replacement window to exhisting original window. Removed carpet / installed lineoleum. Detail oriented painter.

The guys finished the job in two half days -- they were clean, courteous and quiet. My porch looks great and I have had no problems with it at all.

"My kind of customer, she explained what she wanted, we gave her three different options and she chose the one that fit her and the families needs. We verified everything and didn't see her till it was finished, although there were signs of nightly evaluations."

Started well, then they began not showing up.
They abandoned the job.
With the trim not finished.
Plumbing failed and flooded the kitchen below.

"This unfortunatly is an inaccurate report. After completing several additional changes, i.e.; retro fiting doors for the custom walk-in closet, custom built laundry hamper/linen cabinet, I had other scheduled work to go to, Member's husband, John agreed to install the remaining trim (approx. 10L.F.) as well as finish the vent thru the ice-covered 3rd story roof in exchange for the remaining $1,000.00 balance. Failed plumbing was due to the moving of the fixed position vanity, unglued PVC pipe does not wait 5 weeks to come apart - it blows within seconds of pressure. Since I was never contacted regarding the tile falling off I can only assume that it is the decorative rope pieces (I advised against) surrounding the walkin shower door. I've been doing this since 1983 and I can only advise a customer of what is and isn't practical, but in the end it is the customers choice. I truely regret any and all inconvieniences that resulted from this encounter. Many happy cutomers since 1983."
