His hesitation, as it turns out, was well-founded because we found it to be too dark even on the sunniest days. As with any service, I need stronger guidance from the person that knows better than I, which is why I am hiring someone to do the work. Although I said I wanted darker (and assuming Ryan disagreed with the choice based upon his professional experience), I would have expected to be convinced of a better option."
