World Class Restoration, LLC

We had been looking into get our pool deck completely replaced. After much research we decided this company would be the best. Wrong! It took entirely too long to even get the job started, we lost the whole season of being able to use our pool. We were told that they would have their best crew out there doing this job. Only 2 employees worked this job, occasionally 3 total but 2 on the regular. After the job was completed we noticed several things that were not right. The pool skimmer was & still is completely covered. The access to the pool pump is completely covered. The steps into our sunroom are not completely up to the sunroom as promised. So in the picture below was their fix for having all the space showing underneath the sunroom. I have made multiple attempts to contact the contractor for over a month now. He will not answer my calls nor text messages, or my husband's. Don't use this company!

Jay and his team of two men built a deck for me. The deck looks good! However, the deck is around our pool, and now we are unable to use our pool until we have someone come and fix the area above the filter. The deck boards are covering it, with no way to properly clean or access the skimmer. Both my wife and I have reached out to Jay, and now are sent straight to voicemail (or blocked).

Jay and his team are extremely professional and talented. They built an outdoor patio awning for our backyard. They ran into several issues with the project due to the existing patio and slope in our backyard and they always had a solution. We are in love with the results and can't wait to hire them again for the next project!!

My wall holding a large window had gotten wet at the bottom an the drywall had to be removed. Jay found that my window was not sturdy so he had to reframe the structure for it to be secure. Then he put drywall up an had it ready to paint . He is dependable an takes pride in his work.

They went above and beyond to seal a leak in the basement.

First and foremost I would like to say is that they listened to me about what I wanted. I had a drawing and with their input, they gave me a great deck The crew is fantastic and they worked very hard and did all the clean up. I recommend this company. Answered all my questions. AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY POOL DECK.

The owner and crew of World Class Restoration went above and beyond with prompt communication throughout the process, and making sure I was satisfied with everything before they left.

I have hired World Class Restoration for multiple projects; a screened in porch addition, an unfinished basement framed, drywalled and flooring installed and an unfinished attic finished into a bedroom and a master bath shower removal and rebuild. World Class showed up when they said they would, honored the quoted price, kept me in the loop the entire way, cleaned their job site everyday when done working. I canâ t recommend Jay and his guys enough!

I have had Jay work on my house multiple times since I came to Indianapolis. He is honest, fair, and the quality of work surpasses that of every chain contractor I have worked with. I would hire him again, and have referred him to both friends and family.
