As for the installation itself, the glass fit perfectly (not easy since they were oddly-shaped) and the crew worked diligently to save/reuse the original trim so that the final result matched other windows in our older home. However a two week expected delivery turned into a four week timeline, and we were only made aware of the issue and delay by us making the call instead of them contacting us. Both the inspection visit and the installation visit were over an hour later the scheduled time but the technician did call a short time before his arrival. The repair job will require us to make some cosmetic repairs to the window and also fix a couple missing nails

"Tim worked excellently on the apartment I remodeled. He is the "measure twice, cut once" kind of carpenter who has a lot of experience and quickly solves problems. He installed the apartment's cabinets, countertops, kitchen sink, bathroom vanity with sink, plumbing and trim (and more). All was done in a workmanlike manner. "Person did not look professional but showed up on time and spoke English. I had requested pet screen and he didn't think it would fit and did not have any other screen with him. I had screen and "wiring" needed to attach it. He used his tool and was able to attach the screen with some effort. I was satisfied with the overall experience. I was charged only for the trip sand no labor or materials.

"Excellent. Louis came out and measured the glass that needed replacing. He said it would take apporximately two weeks to have the new glass cut. He called and came out on the 4th with the new glass. Woops! Glass company had transposed two figures so the glass was way too thick for existing frame. Louis verified his measurements on his estimate paper, called the glass company and ordered a new piece of glass. Two days later on the 6th he came out with the new glass and installed it. Absolutely no problems with Monroe Co. Glass. Very professional and efficient. We wish we had used them last year when we had to have two windows replaced.

"Brook is easy to work with. Because we live fairly nearby, he came over to our house and gave us an estimate. He stayed after hours to do so.

He built the replacement front window (18" x 18" grid of 16 leaded glass windows) that looks EXACTLY like the original window; finished it a week earlier than promised, installed it - couldn't have asked for a better job. (I'd give them an "A" on price, but leaded glass work is SO expensive.
