"Work performed as stated, on time and budget. Josh was very helpful with figuring out the scope of work that was compatible with our budget and achieve the desired results. No more standing water in our craw space. Sump pump replaced and reconfigured. Below grade drains placed at foundation with 4à ¢à  à  drain tubes with silt socks going to sump. Trench filled with pea gravel. Also placed around furnace platform area draining under foundation. Excellent service for a fair price. Their staff were very helpful and courteous. Kudos to Advanced for a job well done."

"Chris King was extremely professional on the phone when I called him about two potential foundation issues within my home.  He took the time to explain different potential foundation issues and the methods that he uses to fix them.  When I told him I needed an appointment as soon as possible he took time to work my service call into his schedule, between other appointments.  He arrived on time and inspected my foundation problem areas and educated me about the types of indicators that evidence whether water is actually intruding into the home.  Fortunately, my probably was not grave but he did proceed with filling/sealing the crack.

"I accepted the proposal for the service call on 9/19/08, but not for the French drain installation, due to price. The service call quote was $179, the French drain installation quote was $3895, and the company estimated 6 weeks to perform work at the 8/29 visit. The company called 11/10/08 to see if the service work could be performed that day. No one could be here that day, so we had to decline it. There has been no further contact from the company. 10/30/08 the French drain was installed by another contractor for < 1/3 the Americrawl estimate. When we used Americrawl before, we reported to them, after the work was completed, that their workers had forgotten to return an extension cord they'd borrowed. We got no response."

"I had hpc put their coating on my huge barn in 2004 and loved them and still love the way my barn looks. This year my basement flooded. I did not know who to turn to. I called hpc for help. They informed me this is not typical work for them but they have a carpenter that lives in Mooresville and sent him out in a jiffy. I ended up having to tear apart then dry my basement and hpc did it all for me and installed a sump pump.My basement is clean w/no smell and fully repainted with new walls and woodwork."
