They were supposed to come out and tell us what needed to be done. They put one downspout on the back of the house. Just one on the back of the house. We have 3 in the front. The water drains onto our sidewalk in the back and now it is damaged and we have to have it fixed. I don't think they did a good job at all, I definitely would not recommend them. I thought they were good, but they weren't good at all. They did get it in there, and the price wasn't extremely high. The guttering isn't as wide as it should have been. We went with what they told us and that wasn't good. The price wasn't bad, but we should have known something wasn't good. The overall experience was bad. They did install it and it only took one day. No, I would not use this service provider in the future.
