Breaking The Law

Hired them based on a referral from a friend. If you want one stop shopping with one contractor that takes care of everything then this is your company. If you want quality and customer service then I would not recommend. Poor workmanship and poor follow up to remedy quality concerns. Still waiting for owner to come back and fix issues and wont respond to messages.

all was good other then water leaks in both my garage doors when it rains. I tried contacting them no reply.

THE OVERALL BARN SITS BELOW GRADE THE CONCRETE FLOOR IS ROUGH IN SPOTS AND IS NOT LEVEL ALSO WHERE THE DRAINS WERE INSTALLED IS VERY ROUGH AND NOT LEVEL WITH THE FLOOR.I TALKED WITH JUSTIN  MALOTT AND I THOUGHT WE HAD WORKED IT OUT TO WHERE HE WAS GOING TO GRIND DOWN THE FLOOR TO MAKE IT LEVEL AND INSTALL AN EPOXY SEALER. THIS WOULD NOT HAVE REPARED THE FLOOR CORRECTLY BUT AS I TOLD JUSTIN I COULD LIVE WITH IT! HEAGEED TO THIS AND SAID WHEN THE WEATHER STAYED ABOVE FREEZING THAT HE WOULD MAKE THESE REPAIRS (I HAVE HIM ON VIDEO AGREEING TO THIS)  THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE THIS FLOOR RIGHT IS TO TEAR IT UP AND START OVER,WHEN WE WERE TALKING ABOUT BUILDING THIS POLE BARN JUSTIN ASSURED ME THAT CONCRETE WORK WAS HIS COMPANYS SPECIALTY.IF ANY ONE WOULD LIKE SOME PICTURES OF HIS "SPECIAL" WORK CONTACT ME AND I WILL E-MAIL YOU PICTURES,OVERALL I THOUGHT JUSTIN MALOTT OWNED A STAND UP COMPANY BUT NOW I DO,NT KNOW.I HAVE TRYED TO CONTACT HIM AND HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE.I HATE TO TAKE LEGALACTION WHICH WILL BE EXPENSIVE FOR BOTH OF US!

It went very well, they finished the job on time, worked around my schedule and had me involved with everything from start to finish.  It only took them about a week from start to finish to build the barn.  All the materials from what I could see were what i expected.   Justin always answered his phone when i had any questions for him, and was very professional throughout the job.  I would recommend them to anyone!!
