Ron replaced several rafters that were damaged by mold and used wood that was in the shed to replace other rafters at no additional charge. The original quote was for replacement of damaged plywood sheeting after replacing the damaged sheets Ron went ahead and replaced the rest of the sheeting at no additional charge. He took great care in making sure he matched the color of the shingles that we wanted sending me pictures of sample shingle colors and together we picked the best shade and color for the job. Ron kept us informed from the beginning to the end and the end result is exactly what we envisioned. "We had an old two story home demolished. They brought in dirt to level the area. He worked hard to be sure we had the end result we had hoped for!"

"We contracted with Curbman to perform ceramic tile demolition. The tile areas weren't tarped off correctly, which spread tile dust throughout the house, along with sharp pieces of tile. Tile dust can cause respiratory issues for anyone, and I have some pre-existing issues, so it's a big problem to have it spread through the house, in the HVAC system, etc. My wife also cut herself on a tile shard, as did a Curbman worker, who ended up going to the emergency room. As we negotiated with Curbman to clean up the dust and shards, the owner became angry and stopped work on the job. He demanded that we pay the remainder of the contracted amount to resume work, which violated the terms of the contract. We chose to take our business elsewhere and requested a refund of unspent funds, which we estimated to be $3000. The owner refused to provide receipts and tried adding costs that hadn't been written into our estimate. He offered us a $40 refund and stopped responding to communication."
