"Ray responded quickly with an estimate that was very reasonable. I have a commercial building that needed two galvanized downspouts replaced. Replacement parts for galvanized gutters is hard to find but Ray went above and beyond to find exactly what I needed. He made several trips to Indpls to find them. We talked about replacing the downspouts with white aluminum but Ray said he wanted to do the job right and get galvanized so they would match. That is a quality that I don't see very often any more.
