"They are very thorough.  One visit dealt with an air-conditioning problem on our Volvo XC-90.  The Volvo dealer couldn't find anything wrong with it or said it needed replaced.  Alexander's was curious about the problem and removed the glove compartment.  They found an old piece of paper from the previous owner lodged there.  It was blocking the AC vent and the problem was solved when the paper was removed.  The Alexander's guys are also diligent to reset the oil change monitor which took a bit of researching on how to do it.  Family owned and operated.

"Excellent. From the owner Mitch to the salesman George to Nick and his Dad who did the actual installation, all were professional and good to work with. Their price was the best of the 3 bids I got, although to be fair the comparison was not apples-to-apples among the 3 contractors. One bid used aluminum-clad wood, another a composite; Thermal bid using triple-pane solid vinyl windows.They were careful checking the measurements and kept us posted on progress. Nick and his Dad worked quicklly, even in 90+ heat, usually leaving early afternoon. They were good about cleaning up -- no debris left over. They were also good about keeping the inside of the house clean and meeting EPA requirements to avoid spreading lead dust (our house is over 80 years old). Took them about 5 days to install after the windows were manufactured. No complaints at all. Hope I never have to do any of this again, but I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone who needs window replacement."

I tried couple of contractors and due to different reasons or no communication I could not get any contractor to even look or give me a quote. I then reached out to NuLook after reading their reviews on Angi. They were prompt in returning my calls and an onsite visit was scheduled. Patrick Dawson was onsite and on time! He walked through the property and spent quite some time walking me through the issues and things that needed to be taken care of. I received the quote 3 days after we met and Patrick did advise me that I would receive at that time, since he had other customer orders to work on. I appreciated his and NuLook process of ensuring they follow through. Once I received the quote from David Schwartz, the owner, we finalized a start date. I really liked how they worked. I was given a quote, charges were billed on Fridays and collected on Mondays, updates for the week were provided on those Friday calls. I was kept up to date with progress and also provided with before and after pictures. In the end, the work got done. Everything we discussed was implemented. There were no surprises, which is the best thing we need when undergoing repairs. Overall I am very satisfied with the services provided by Patrick, David and NuLook services team.
