Chris was very quick to reply to my service request (unlike 2 other service pros), and he agreed to come out the next day. He was on time for our appt, did a great job mounting our new TV, provided some ideas for how to adapt our outdated surround sound, and disposed of our old TV at no extra charge. Very personable and efficient and would hire Chris again for any type of handyman work.
