"We stumbled upon BBG while looking for a company to design and remodel our kitchen and bathroom. We had not decided on exactly what we wanted to do but knew we wanted an open kitchen concept where we could entertain and enjoy family activities. We met with three companies. BBG came to the table with creative design ideas, a solid plan of execution, and superior estimate. We were extremely nervous this being our first major renovation project especially having heard so many horror stories about incomplete work and incompetent workers. That was quickly laid to rest as BBG began demolition. Ben laid down a projected completion timeline of 6-8 weeks and I am proud to say we were back in the kitchen and bathroom 6 weeks later. Every week we would receive a schedule and every week they were right on task. Joe, our project manager kept everything moving and made sure all inconveniences were kept to a minimal, not easy to do in a normally chaotic house. Finishing on schedule and to budget were obviously important to us, what we did not expect was the respect we were shown throughout the process, the creativity that went into providing us with the perfect space, and the comradery that we felt with BBG. "Well, we hit some bumps for the first time.  This makes the fifth time I have used David and his crew.  This was also the largest and most expensive.  The crews were great, great work, and outstanding customer service. Had a problem with one worker, David and Mike fixed the problems immediately.  Got a lot of TLC while trying to cope with home ownership and problems.  Learned quite a few things this time around about houses, business and people skills.

"The owner Mr. Eisele returned my call promptly and actually came by the next day for the estimates.  He was most helpful as we were replacing a sidewalk that had drainage problems and gave several suggestions to help fix the problem.  He also helped design the new sidewalk which surrounds a condo mailbox area. 

Once the bid was in, which we considered reasonable, they came out within a week and did the work.  As it turned out the project was much more difficult than anticipated and the company actually ended up with 4-6 workers here for one and half days on and off.  It was also very hot.  So the price really ended up a bargain.

We ended up with several small additional projects concerning the drainage issue and the owner was most accommodating even going himself to the hardware to purchase the extra materials needed. 

The end result is wonderful.  I cannot remember working with a more professional crew and it was obvious that Mr. Eisele is a great guy as well as an expert in the field.  It was a very enjoyable experience and would hire them again."

"They were about an hour late due to vehicle problems but got to work right away. They were very neat and orderly as well as being friendly and professional. They did a great job getting everything done. My only complaint is that they left the boxes from the new lights on the ground where the lights were installed and did not dispose of them.

"The quality of the work was well done.  Greg and Adam are very responsive.  Adam does excellent work, and very fast once he had all the cabinets, etc.  The thing folks need to know is that it takes a very long time to get cabinets custom ordered and to get granite selected and cut.  Make sure you build this in.  Overall I think this project took too long to complete (over two months), but the overall final product was really great.
