"We stumbled upon BBG while looking for a company to design and remodel our kitchen and bathroom. We had not decided on exactly what we wanted to do but knew we wanted an open kitchen concept where we could entertain and enjoy family activities. We met with three companies. BBG came to the table with creative design ideas, a solid plan of execution, and superior estimate. We were extremely nervous this being our first major renovation project especially having heard so many horror stories about incomplete work and incompetent workers. That was quickly laid to rest as BBG began demolition. Ben laid down a projected completion timeline of 6-8 weeks and I am proud to say we were back in the kitchen and bathroom 6 weeks later. Every week we would receive a schedule and every week they were right on task. Joe, our project manager kept everything moving and made sure all inconveniences were kept to a minimal, not easy to do in a normally chaotic house. Finishing on schedule and to budget were obviously important to us, what we did not expect was the respect we were shown throughout the process, the creativity that went into providing us with the perfect space, and the comradery that we felt with BBG. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Well, we hit some bumps for the first time.  This makes the fifth time I have used David and his crew.  This was also the largest and most expensive.  The crews were great, great work, and outstanding customer service. Had a problem with one worker, David and Mike fixed the problems immediately.  Got a lot of TLC while trying to cope with home ownership and problems.  Learned quite a few things this time around about houses, business and people skills.

Patio has narrow access to it from driveway - Karl's small Bobcat tractor was able to maneuver in tight spaces. Old concrete was removed, new bed of limestone footing installed, and foam barrier installed against house. They repaired previously unseen void in concrete porch step next to patio. Poured concrete to ensure drainage away from house, used brushed finish. Can't believe how much better it looks now with the new concrete!  Well worth the investment.

"It went great! Charles was easy to get a hold of and was able to get me scheduled right away. Both the owner and his helper were very knowledgable and creative when it came to troubleshooting my projects. He helped me fix a door that wasn't shutting properly and he also helped me with my hardwood flooring project. They helped me find a solution that was not only simple but saved me money too. Charles also had a lot of creative ideas for other projects around my home which I appreciate and is something you don't see everyday in a contractor. "Our porch and patio really look great after they were resurfaced. The team showed up about 11:00 and worked until after 5:00 getting everything done. After they provided care and cleaning tips (haven’t had to use any yet). Rey professional, quality work and we get lots of compliments on the new look."
