"We hired Miranda Tile and Flooring LLC for a master bathroom tile installation. Julian Miranda required a cash deposit, payable upon signing, with a promised start date of September 29th. After providing all necessary materials per his list, we attempted to confirm logistics the day before the start. Mr. Miranda cited a court appearance as a delay, then claimed he would arrive later that day but never did. He rescheduled for the next morning; again, he failed to show, causing us to lose both time and money. Multiple attempts to reach Mr. Miranda went unanswered. Due to his breach of contract, we canceled the agreement and demanded a refund of our deposit, but he has ceased all communication. We are now pursuing recovery of our funds through legal channels. This experience was deeply disappointing and unprofessional, and we strongly advise others to avoid this business."

"Cut up and stacked three downed trees from high line winds in back. Richard came on time, 9:00 a.m. and finished around 12:00-12:30. Cut them up and stacked the wood and cleaned up well. I would hire again."

In most cases, carpeting isn’t kind to the wood that it’s attached to. Most carpet installation uses adhesive or nailing strips, both of which will damage wood. If you have a dark carpet and are going for a lighter look, you should replace it, rather than dyeing, since you can only go darker with dye. If your stains are too heavy to mask with carpet dye or the carpet is more than 10 years old, you should also consider replacing it.
