I had tried Becht Pride three times previously and they assured me they would send the same person each time so we could build a relationship with the person who would be coming into our home on a regular basis. That has not happened. the cleaners bring in soft cloths and no type of plastic scubbies to remove calcium, water deposits, etc. This company trains their employees to polish and feather dust, not to clean! The employees of Becht Pride are directed to not touch, move or clean certain items on countertops, kitchen sinks, etc. We do not know what is the truth and what isn't with these cleaners. On our third cleaning appointment (two cleaning people) a trainer and trainee came and the trainee was worked to the bone while the trainer told me her health history. The trainer completely took advantage of the trainees work ethic. It was pathetic. The last appointment I had I had no choice but to call the Becht Pride office to explain to the cleaner Kimberly that paying 2 cleaners for 1.5 hours equaled 1 person paid for 3 hours! Kimberly only wanted to clean for 2.5 hours. Kimberly left our home without telling us through the back door. I called the Becht Pride office and left a voicemail to explain that their cleaner had left without telling us and I still have not received a call back from Becht Pride and it has been 5 days! The cleaner was in our bedroom where all our valuables are in a closet. Since they have not called back I have no idea which office Kimberly was sent from.

Tonya did an amazing job! Not only does my house look beautiful, but it still smells clean 24 hours later. Hardwood floors are sparkling! Our master shower was starting to get a bit of build up since we have hard water. Tonya took extra time to detail the shower! I had the Becht Cleaning crew in to do a cleaning before moving out of a rental house. Becht called on the original day we had it planned for them to clean to say they wouldn’t have enough people available to do it. (Luckily I had scheduled this cleaning to happen two days before I had to move out- not on the last day- please take that as a lesson.) I explained when they called to reschedule that I HAD to have it done the following day because of my strict move-out date. I felt like they understood the urgency. I had to call them the next day to make sure someone was coming -thankfully, they were. The gals that came were very nice. I left them the list of things that needed to be cleaned (which was the same list I sent the person who quoted the job several weeks in advance). Overall they did a nice job. They missed a few windows and I had to redirect them to get the soap scum off the tile from around the soap dish in one bathroom, but the place smelled good and looked good when they left. (I’m sure I had at least the second or third house they had cleaned that day, which isn’t easy!) As with all services, you need to be sure there’s clear communication so the right things get done. Initially I requested the cleaning on a Sunday and I wasn’t told this was out. When another person followed up, they told me it wasn’t possible. I had put in a list of items that needed to be done per the lease arrangement when I requested quotes, and again with the first person from Becht to contact me. The next person didn’t seem to know about any of the prior communications, so I told him, also. Between this AND leaving the list for the cleaners, the vast majority got done. They were reasonably priced for the service performed, and I know finding help to do this kind of work is still hard (and the ladies who came were really courteous and sweet), so I would use their services again. But I’d leave myself an extra day or two if I was on a strict deadline.

Half done, if that. Wouldnt do it again.

I have my house cleaned every other week by Becht Cleaning and it has been a great investment. One week there was an issue with the cleaning and it was taken care of right away.

I paid for two hours and they said they were done after an hour and half. A lot of the furniture still had dust and mirrors were left with streaks.

QUICK & EFFICIENT

We were planning to retain this company for bi-weekly cleanings, however the first cleaning left us underwhelmed. The team consisted of two cleaners, and while they were very nice, they were not very thorough. Many areas of the home remained untouched as far as dusting, the countertops were not cleaned, nor were the front door or patio doors. For the price, my expectations were higher. They were at my home for less than 50 minutes. As a comparison, other two-person teams take about 2 hours for much better, more thorough work. We were offered a discount of $25 on future services, but we decided not to proceed.

Triche is GREAT. She is efficient and very thorough. I highly recommend.

I have hired several cleaning companies over the years, and this one hands down has been the worst! I am currently 22 weeks pregnant and working overtime as an ICU nurse on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic. I am perfectly capable of cleaning my homes myself, but I felt at this time I should not expose myself to all the harsh cleaning fumes and believed my time could be used better. I hired this company based on the high rating from Angie's list. Before booking this company, I verified with the company the list of move-out requirements need based on what I was provided by my landlord and I was assured it would not be a problem. Three women came to clean my house and they spent about 3.5 hours cleaning it. When I did a walkthrough after they left, I was astonished. Crumbs were left in cabinets and drawers, the floors were still dirty, the shower still had soap scum, the oven still had grease in it, and I took at least 50 pictures of areas throughout the house that were left dirty. When I spoke to the supervisor, I was assured this was not a reflection of the quality of work they provide and I scheduled a re-clean for a week later. When the reclean time came, the lady never came during the scheduled window and I was told would at least be an additional hour. My afternoon was wasted and since I had to be out of the house, I started cleaning myself. I spent 3 hours cleaning and by the end of it, I was thoroughly exhausted. This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and a company I would NEVER recommend to someone.

Hired to do a "deep clean" but I could have done better myself. Leaving the house twice upon return found the crew sitting in their car. several inner spaces were overlooked and I had to ask for them to be done. I have all hardwoods and only much water was used in mopping them. No Bona or other cleaners. This was an empty house and not that dirty. I am very disappointed . I paid $450 and got no where near what I paid for.

They clean for me monthly. I am very satisfied.
