Cox did a fantastic job on my old hardwood floors (sanding and refinishing). Need to update my house, and dreaded getting started. This was the first step. Floors had been carpeted for 40+ years, and now look brand new. Their suggestions and guidance really helped. This experience and results motivates me to keep working on getting the rest of the house done. Once I tear out the kitchen, I will need new flooring in the kitchen and family room. Expecting to talk with Cox for some additional floor help. Highly recommend them.

Excellent!!! This is my third time using them. They do a really good job, tape really well. They were careful with the paint job. They come on time and clean up after themselves. Their prices was reasonable.

It was phenomenal. They did the work while we were on vacation and we came back to newly refinished floors. They came out a couple weeks ahead of the appointment, asked what we wanted and gave some suggestions. They did a small sample area to help us visualize the final result. They were on-time and always responsive to calls. The quality of the work was great. The dust levels weren't nearly as bad as I expected. The floors look amazing and their recommendations for a natural color with a satin urethane was spot on. I would recommend them in a heartbeat if you're looking for quality work and the most reasonable price.

I don’t have enough good words to say about Cox Hardwood Flooring. I called on a Wednesday to see about getting someone out very soon for a small ‘emergency’ repair. They were able to have it all done by 9:00 AM on Friday. As usual they did a great job!

First, I’d like to thank Teresa for putting up with me. I thought we had a time frame to work on the floors but we had to keep pushing the floors back. I appreciate that she stuck with us in spite of multiple delays. The crew came out on a Tuesday and started sanding the heck out of everything. They were wrapped up by Thursday. In spite of their age and previous damage these floors look great! We are very happy with how this old wood turned out. I’m sure our tenants will love it too.

It was very good. But we had an issue for the other room because the quarter round that they put in looks dull. They don't typically move the furniture, but generally, everything went great. They came back and take care of the other works, and their pricing was reasonable.

The work was done as scheduled, and we are extremely pleased with the results, they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Cox Hardwood Flooring!

They did a great job. They were not the cheapest, but they were willing to uninstall the old carpeting and get rid of it. That was the one factor for me. Their reviews were very good on Angie's List. They were very responsive. I will definitely use them again. One of the gentleman gave me information about how to take care of the floors and when he thought our newer flooring would need to be refinished.

Extremely well. Crew arrived on time, sanded and applied two coats as indicated. Amazing quality, better than the original finish. We are very happy with the work. The owners are very knowledgeable and responsive.

It went amazingly well. Mark and his crew were so helpful, professional, on time, and fun to be around. Mark's wife, Teresa, took care of some of the details and was also very professional. We are thrilled with the results. I would recommend them as highly as possible. They are a small firm and do everything they can to please the customer. Their prices were fair and their estimate was significantly below that of a larger well known floorer who had given us an estimate. If you want a quality job done, hire Cox Hardwood Flooring.

The guy came and was nice and polite. I pulled the carpet up and there was some dark spots and it looked in pretty bad shape. They made them look like new. They brought it back to life. I would of never believed look pristine and it does.

They came on December 27. They provided excellent. They were on time, presentable professional. And they know what they are doing.

Excellent job. Arrived on time, kept the dust to a minimum from the sanding, and the refinished floors are beautiful. This is the second time we have used them and we highly recommend them.

After receiving no response from an area company and what I felt was an unusually high bid from an Indianapolis firm, I found Cox Hardwood Flooring on Angie's List. The owner came to our home within two days and provided us with an estimate that was 50% less than the other firm. They called to confirm that they would arrive at 8:00 a.m. and they completed the work in three days. The floor and hallway are absolutely beautiful resembling a fine piece of wood furniture. The area that was repaired is flawless. You would never know the flooring was replaced. I highly recommend this company.
