Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning

Very well. They scheduled pick-up of the rugs within a couple of days, treated them with care, and returned them within a week. They look very nice, and I will use their services again.

From the time I first called to the day the rugs were returned, these folks were top notch. They were incredibly responsive, followed-up and were so great to work with. They helped my husband move furniture to get to the rugs and not only when they picked them up but when they delivered them back to us as well. When they came to pick up the rugs, they forgot to help my husband move back our kitchen table. It wasn’t a big deal as he was able to move it by himself. The drivers returned to our house about 15 minutes later saying they realized they forgot to move the table back and were so apologetic. Without even asking, they indicated they would waive our pick-up fee due to their error. We were stunned as that was completely unnecessary. The driver had even called the office to tell them what happened - talk about honestly. We were so pleased with the work they did, the fact they helped move furniture and their overall customer service focused attitude that we have already recommened them to others and would absolutely use them again.

I dropped the rug off and picked it up. I found the staff very pleasant and professional, and the rug looked great after cleaning. And what a great pad--the rug doesn't move an inch unless you want it to.

I knew it was going to be pricey, but these rugs are worth it. Not heirlooms or anything, but extremely beautiful, well made wool rugs with a vibrant silk thread. That said, $1022 for cleaning 4 rugs still made me gulp. They took them back to the shop very carefully. They finished them quickly (within a week) and even shoveled my walk while my husband was away when they returned them. Unfortunately, there were some pretty intense clip marks on the edges of the rugs, and I was sad to see the stain still prominently visible. They were distressed that I was unhappy at paying that much for less than perfect results, so they packed the rugs back up, took them back to the shop and worked on them again for about two weeks. When they came back today, I was overjoyed to see the stain nearly invisible, (you have to get within inches to see its faint shadow),  and the places where the clip marks had been were undetectable.  So happy that they went the extra mile to care for my very interesting rugs. Having interacted with two representatives each time, I have to say they were extremely courteous and professional. You can tell quality is important to them and they were honest, kind and thoughtful.

My oriental rug has been used for years as a doormat. It was really dirty and I had no idea if it would come clean. I found Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning on Angies List and took the rug in for inspection. The man I talked to was very professional and assured me that the rug would clean well. I was amazed that they removed all the dirt. It looks like new. I would definitely recommend and use them again

Phone estimate was right on the button.  Mike was most helpful both at the drop-off and the pick-up, even carrying the three rugs out to my car for me.  Rugs were cleaned and ready for pick-up both on time and very, very well.

They did a really great job cleaning my oriental rug. The rug was in storage for quite a while and had pet odors and was very musty. They picked up and dropped off the rug ($20 fee). It took about 7 days for them to clean it. They explained in detail the cleaning process to me over the phone when I scheduled it. I appreciated that and it helped me make the decision to go ahead and get it done. The results are outstanding! The smell is gone and the colors in the rug really pop now. Very pleased.

The rugs had endured a lot of foot and pet traffic over several years, and Heirloom did a great job of cleaning them and removing spill stains. They even charged me less than what they had originally quoted due to a calculation error. The rugs look almost new.

They were absolutely superb. They were courteous, helpful and competent. For the intense stuff like wool oriental rugs and heirlooms, the price was $3.50 a foot. We would absolutely use them again in the future.

They scheduled a time to pick up the rug and were prompt and on time with that schedule.  The rug was cleaned and looked new. The stains I was worried about were gone.  The rug was ready to be returned about a week after it was taken.  When I scheduled them to return the rug, it took an extra week after it was ready because of their delivery availability hours.  The biggest problem for me was they only deliver between 8 am and 3 pm Monday through Friday.  Which means a working person (or persons) has to take off of work to get the pick-up and delivery-back accomplished.  If one loses pay or has to use vacation time, probably those "costs" should be calculated into your decisions on what company to use.  

The rug had an odd  persistent smell when we purchased it. Heritage was very knowledgable and experienced in handling large antique rugs. They explained their process and were very professional. I felt very confident in their abilities and was very pleased with the results.

They were very responsive and showed up the next day of calling. It's pricey but you get good quality service for what their doing. I recommended them and I will be using them again.

After 15 years, our hardwood floors didn't look great. However, we're not ready to go through the lengthy and dusty process of refinishing them. They offer a great service where in in just a few hours your hardwood floors can go from looking drab to pretty spiffy. The estimator was professional. The technician was professional and meticulous. Very happy!
