"They do great work! From puncutality to price, we will use no other company going forward. Since building a bedroom in our basement, we just had them back last week. We have/had a very small kitchen space in our typical 3 bedroom brick ranch in Chicago. We hired Pawel to remove the adjoining bedroom which we've converted into dining space. "John promptly returned my call and we set up an appointment for the next morning to have him take a look at my garage door opener which was not working correctly.  John was able to figure out immediately what was wrong and got the opener working in about 5 minutes.  Since it was such an easy fix he helped me reprogram my opener and also serviced the garage door.  He noticed that when the door was manually lifted it was quite heavy.  He asked me if I had the spring replaced recently and I said yes...about a couple of years ago.  He adjusted the spring and then oiled all the hinges.  Great job.  Highly recommend John for the great work.

I called Chris in the morning and he was out to give me an estimate by that afternoon.  Chris walked me around the house pointing out what he suggested in terms of surface prep, paint, and minor repairs.  I had an estimate in hand prior to him leaving.
While CQ was ever so slighly more than the other estimates I received, I appreciated the high energy level, professionalism, and sharing of how he would suggest doing things.
Everything went according to schedule, the team was on time for all aspects of the job.
Time:
About 2 hours for power washing
2 days for painting
1-2 hours for the garage door trim and the painting of the house numbers - an unexpected nice touch!
Results: 
The team did an amazing job - far better than if I had done it myself (and I did the prior 2 times).  The team paid attention to all the details, and cleaned up everything after each phase of the work.
We used a low temperature paint as we were doing this late in the season.
It was the little things that made the experience especially positive, from offering to install the new front door lock set to the garage door trim repair to the painting of the house numbers to the attention to detail and precision of his crew.
Chris was easy going and very responsive via email or telephone.  He took care of everything we asked for.
