"Jim & Rob handled the service. When they realized that they were running late, they called early on to let me know. They were a completely in sink team. They were efficient, knowledgable and extremely courteous. My father had owned his own plumbing company post WWII, and was one of the first licensed plumbers in the state of Illinois; accordingly, I watched & had many plumbing questions regarding the install. Jim & Rob patiently shared their expertice. High recommend. A great experience."

"They had a competitive price and the work was done sooner than expected. The plumber that was sent did a great job and took precautions to keep work area and house clean."

"Great overall experience with Drains inc. Tim was quick to respond to emails and texts. On time for the job as well which took 3 trips to finish. I had a major sewer line repair that needed to be done, I was in the process of selling my house and Drains Inc was able to accommodate me on a tight schedule. Very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They saved me 6 thousand dollars compared to the other plumbers quote ( Chicago Sewer and Drain Professionals Inc) after I paid them 880 bucks to hydrojet my sewer line and they couldn't even clear the line or even bother to rod it again. Then gave me an insane quote to fix my sewer line which had a section of pipe missing. Tim came out and cleaned up their sloppy half *ss work and gave me a much better price. In a nutshell if you want good honest work done go with Drains Inc and give Tim a call."

"We are new homeowners and had a hole in our septic tank made of concrete block, which was sending wastewater into the foundation/basement of the home. It was my first time using Angie's List, and I would recommend Illinois Sewer and Drain to anyone. Joe and his team of experts solved our issue immediately at an affordable price. They even went above and beyond to install a sump pump in our basement to help with the rain water. Quality work!!"

"The response time for my replacement toilet installation was excellent. The whole repair went smooth. The repairer was polite, knowable, and efficient. He double checked possible tricky fixes before he left -- And he cleaned my floor and took my big empty box with him. CAB is in my phone under plumber now. Very happy."

"Amazing. Fast, efficient and very professional. We found our new plumber."

"Highly recommended. As soon as the Sales Associate, Amir Nikpour, walked thru my door, I knew that I wanted the Bathroom Project completed by Bath Planet. Amir guided me thru the entire process. The friendly staff knows their business. The installer did a superb job on installing my new walls, plumbing, etc. I know that the value of my house went up. The only downfall was the cost."

"Fast and efficient install. Looks great!"

"Ryan and his crew are outstanding! They were professional, courteous, reliable and timely. We had a relatively unique request for our master bath and he was able to successfully engineer a solution. He made suggestions based on his expertise and we are thrilled with the results. We have already asked him to rebuild our deck in the spring. We highly recommend Ryan Rowe Construction."
