Rich Duy was very pleasant to deal with and he was very punctual.  He did excellent work and provided tips on how to maintain the springs and hinges on the garage door.  He also repaired the springs on my parent's garage door on 04-22-13 and did an excellent job there also.

Kitchen sink faucet "O" ring was broken and spraying water all over counter and wall.  They came promptly, could not get the part to repair the old faucet.  Replaced it with a new Kohler faucet (with an extended warranty). The repairman cleaned up after himself and was professional and courteous.
