We had a 11 o'clock appointment, at 12 he called to tell me he was going to be late. He never went up on the roof to see what the problem was. He some how gave me and estimate that the repairs would equal $1,200. I hired another company and the repairs totaled $20.

Due to supply shortage he couldn't get another one and the one he had was cracked anyway. So here we are October when the fence was done in May, being ghosted when all we want is the money for the gates and labor costs refunded. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but now not being answered is the last straw."
