"Not sure if you have the correct business, but we never hide fees. Unless you are referring to permit fees required by the city of Aurora. Those are never included in the price, as Aurora charges a %. Most companies do not include these fees in their cost. We do apologize if there was any confusion on your part. We do not have record of you contacting us about any issue, as we always try to resolve issues with our customers."

If it rained after we sealcoated, we will always come back and reseal at NO CHARGE to the customer. That is not touch up, that would be a reseal. In addition, we always return to the home to touch up cracks if a customer is not satisfied, and based on your review it appears that we did. If you were still unsatisfied, we would have appreciated follow-up on your part, as we always strive to make the customer happy. Our sealer is also much thicker than others, so not sure if you actually used Guardian, or if you thought you used Guardian. Our sealer has additional sand and slate, so it is literally impossible that is was thinner than other companies, as all other companies in the area use coal tar sealer, that has little to no aggregate in it. We just saw this review in 2022, or we would have responded sooner to you. Based off the almost 5 star reviews on every other platform, Google, Yelp, Facebook over the last 8 years, we hope that you give us another chance."

In the future we would appreciate if you would contact us if there is an issue. If the brush marks were not gone after 2 weeks, we tell you to contact us again, and we will come back out. If we did not receive a return call from you, we would have assumed that they went away. The brush marks are because our material is thicker, with additional aggregate, and sometimes if the weather is a certain way, it causes the aggregate to settle slower, leaving the brush marks.
