Due to supply shortage he couldn't get another one and the one he had was cracked anyway. So here we are October when the fence was done in May, being ghosted when all we want is the money for the gates and labor costs refunded. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but now not being answered is the last straw."

We entrusted this company to complete some detail work @ our house & being trusting of people, we paid them in full only to find out all of the work was done half hazardly, cheap paint was used as the original color was bleading through on all walls, paint was bubbling up, nothing was taped off of which allowed paint to be splattered on floors, trim, railings & fixtures. My biggest mistake was allowing these amateurs in my home. I attempted to give them a chance to make things right but was completely dismissed by the so-called boss. I ended up hiring a legit painter that ended cleaning up their mess. DON’T HIRE THIS OUTFIT!"

Tom from Capa was the third (and the quote was in the middle of the three), but I felt WAY better about dealing with him than anyone else. Tom did not try to upsell me into an expensive brand. One company insisted I have entirely new windows....no inserts. Tom did not agree. Tom told me that "we'll take care of you" and was as good as his word. The company is honest and works hard to please you. On installation day, three men arrived and installed all 6 windows and the storm door in one day. They took pride in their work and were extremely hard workers. I HIGHLY recommend Capa. They are good, honest people."
