"Framing and managing some of his subcontractors did a good job, when it was time for drywall, insulation, muddying and tapping his work leaves a lot to wish for. He took over 6 weeks over the time discussed during bid and award of the project. I had someone else skim coat my ceilings and walls in my main floor, cabinets are scratched, and the flooring is not level and also scratched. After everything was done came up with a list of extras which he should have done throughout the almost 4 months he was working in my house. At the end he let me With a lot of repairs, a sealed window and the roof of the new garage leaking. Although he was a great sales person, he could not deliver a quality project"

"I would not recommend this company. From day 1 arguments and problems with the unlicensed sub-contractor (Marcin) and the inexperienced laborers they use & lack of action from the Project Manager (Phil). They left the job unfinished promising to come back to complete. We paid several thousands extra for 4 designated circuits to the new kitchen only to have the sub-contractor tap into existing causing electrical issues in the house. Have 2 no longer working light switches. They pieced together the plywood underlayment also using different thicknesses. After repeated walking and standing we now have a cracked floor due to the 2 heights of plywood underneath. Have made 3 attempts to contact Tom the owner only to be ignored. They boast 5 year workmanship warranty but no response. Had 1 warped cabinet door which was replaced. Now have 2 more. Marcin actually told me if costs him money when I he has to redo something that he didn't do right in the first place. Go elsewhere!"

"I had an old claw foot tub that was refinished by someone that didn't know what they were doing. The finish failed and was peeling terribly. It was peeling so bad that it would clog the drain. NuCoat said that they would be able to refinish the tub so that it looked like new and they did just that. They showed up on time, explained the process, and started working. I was dreading the clean up that most contractors leave you with but when they came to get me there was no mess and it looked like they installed a brand new antique style tub. I am so happy I was able to save the tub at a fraction of the cost of what a new one would cost. I would recommend to call NuCoat before you call a remodeler. That way you get to keep the quality cast iron tub instead of a new flimsy fiberglass one. You end up with the best of both worlds at a fraction of the cost."
