Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom. We got a few quotes and ultimately went with Homewise Remodelers because the price was reasonable and Miro was so thorough in walking us through our options. He helped us select cabinets and worked through several versions of the kitchen layout until we were happy with it--we were easily able to swap out cabinet layouts and finishings, like adding a farmhouse sink. His crew were reliable, on-time, and respectful of our property throughout the remodel and we appreciated their attention to detail. They solicited our input on decorative details and were quick to fix things we didn't like, e.g., the location of kitchen cabinet pulls. We felt they treated our home as they would their own. "Repair of small guest bathroom shower/tub area. Chose americraft bc they had no complaints on bbb and good reviews on social media. After obtaining quote greg came out to evaluate repair and answer questions. Our perception was that Greg lost interest when we didn’t want to change tub to shower or replace the bathtub. Just to keep existing tub. This would have brought quote down 2 to 3 thousand dollars. At this point Greg practically ran out of our condo. Never heard back from them. Our perception is that Americraft is not nterested if project is 10 thousand or lower. My wife may of scared him with either providing awareness of plumbing problems with common area or had all lights off except bathroom bc she’s embarrassed of our condo. Do not recommend for small projects."

"Kris did an amazing job. It was a huge job he did by the book. His experience is evident in his accuracy and efficiency. Kris was onsite everyday and worked in a strategic way that there was never any lost time. He has a great eye for detail and design. You can tell he has a passion for his work. He consulted me often when changes needed to be made to the prints. Great communication during the whole project. He works excellent with DYI'ers like myself. He was patient with me and my hundred questions. He was also very flexible if I changed my mind or had an alteration to the original plan. I look forward to working with Kris again."

"You know that feeling when you meet someone who knows what he/she is doing? You feel you have nothing to worry about, don't you, because you're confident that he/she will do the job right. That was my feeling when I met Christian. He walked me through my kitchen cabinet and floor installation, and when the day came for the project, everything was done as he said it would be with no surprises. You know, the older I get, the more I value a person's experience. Christian has so much of it, I feel there is nothing he can't handle. Isn't that the type of person you want on your job? Plus, he is such a nice and good guy! John also was on the job that day. He worked from 930a to 8p. When Christian said the job would take only one day, John was the reason. And although he must have been so tired, John took the time to sweep up afterwards. What a professional! I wouldn't have met Christian and John if it weren't for Joseph, their boss and the founder and CEO of New Project Deal. "New kitchens are our specialty", he wrote me. I looked at their websites gallery, was impressed by their work, and made the call. Now my kitchen can be included in their gallery! Maybe yours will be too!!"

"Gary did a thorough of replacing my dead sump pump and removing the back-up sump pump, also dead. He had to reconfigure the discharge pipe since there is no longer the back-up. There was an added charge of $20 for the additional parts, but no added charge for the labor involved. He even examined the third sump pump in the well at the other end of the basement. He pointed out that one was dead too. After watching him replace the main sump pump one, I feel confident enough to replace this one by myself. I would have given Handyman Pros a excellent rating for professionalism, but they did not inform Gary of the amount of water collected near the sump pump. Boots were necessary, but he only had gym shoes. I laid some spare boards that were available to keep his feet dry. Beware: Handyman Pros does not provide sump pumps. They only install what you secure on your own."
