I would not recommend this company. From day 1 arguments and problems with the unlicensed sub-contractor (Marcin) and the inexperienced laborers they use & lack of action from the Project Manager (Phil). They left the job unfinished promising to come back to complete. We paid several thousands extra for 4 designated circuits to the new kitchen only to have the sub-contractor tap into existing causing electrical issues in the house. Have 2 no longer working light switches. They pieced together the plywood underlayment also using different thicknesses. After repeated walking and standing we now have a cracked floor due to the 2 heights of plywood underneath. Have made 3 attempts to contact Tom the owner only to be ignored. They boast 5 year workmanship warranty but no response. Had 1 warped cabinet door which was replaced. Now have 2 more. Marcin actually told me if costs him money when I he has to redo something that he didn't do right in the first place. Go elsewhere!

Midwest Fab Five is a well-run operation that delivered on the timeline they promised without any surprises for my bathroom remodel. Renee did a great job walking me through potential style options for flooring, cabinets, and tile. They spelled out everything that was included with their quote and did not pressure me to make a quick decision on accepting the quote. Hector and his team took care of most of the remodeling job, so there were no time gaps in the remodel like there would be if different teams had to be sent in to perform each step. They had fantastic workmanship and took the time to make sure all the details of the remodel were just right. I highly recommend Midwest Fab Five for anyone doing a bathroom remodel.

Where to begin: after months of waiting for the cabinets we ordered, (which I understood because of supply chain issues) we got a call that they are ready to go! The team comes to our house, does a complete demo on our kitchen in less than 2 hours. The crew is so excited, they think they can go to the warehouse, get our new cabinets and start installing them that day! Great.....silence for over a week. We get informed that the cabinets we ordered more than 6 months ago have been DISCONTINUED by the manufacturer! I even called the manufacturer myself and discovered that the style that was supposedly ordered had been discontinued over a year ago! How in the world they could come out, do a complete demo without verifying that they had the new ones ready to go is beyond me, and I have still not received a decent explanation. Meanwhile, the crew comes out to put in new lighting. Great. They had to repaint the ceiling. No problem. Only, they didn't use a tarp on the doorways! We had sanding dust throughout the house ! My wife and I spent hours cleaning that night so we could breathe, and use the furniture, and walk around w/o getting covered in dust ! So, Tom says he has samples of new cabinets. He drops them off. We pick one out. Two weeks go by, they are in ! Crew comes out, and guess what? THEY WERE NOT THE STYLE WE PICKED! Luckily for Tom et al, they were acceptable to my wife. By this time, I was so frustrated, I just said fine, hang them. Turns out, when they installed the hardware, several of them were severely out of alignment. We had to have them come back and level them. The final product is acceptable. But living w/o a kitchen for more than 2 months, having not 1 but 2 selections for the cabinets incorrectly ordered, having to scrutinize the workmanship to the point of measuring the hardware to insure they were installed correctly is not what I expected.

Took 11 weeks to finish a job that was promised to take 6 weeks . Quality of work was good ... did not show up half the time, always left a mess

This company far exceeded expectations! Very detailed work, communication was open and very frequent. From top to bottom everything was done right. Our kitchen and living room are amazing and turned out much better than we thought it would. Time of contruction was fast and efficient. There was no wasted time period, and we were updated throughout the entire project.

Everything was great. The kitchen turned out beautiful.

Everything went very well, from the initial estimate through the construction process. Went quicker than expected and looks great. Best part there were no hidden charges and the project came in on budget. Highly recommended.

These gentlemen Tom and Phil worked with me and my insurance company to design, price and rebuild engineered glued hardwood flooring throughout the first floor of my home and installation of granite countertops in my kitchen. They and their employees were top notch pros from start to finish. I was extremely pleased with the final result and would hire them again with no hesitation.

My new bathroom looks amazing! New granite in Dallas White, dark cabinets, new shower doors, and subway tile. It's beautiful. Tommy and his team were flexible when we adding new lighting and mirrors after the project had started. They provided excellent communication and kept us posted on updated timelines. We really appreciated their efforts to make sure we got the bathroom exactly the way we wanted it. We are also in the process of getting our kitchen remodeled. As a home owner, the selection process can be confusing, but Jessica has been a great source of ideas and has a natural ability to hone in on what your taste is. I would highly recommend them.

I had a full Kitchen remodel from start to finish planning, design, installation everything went better than my expectations, highly recommend using them.

Tommy and his crew were very professional gave me a quote got the job done on time and on budget. There were some challenges to this project Tom made me very comfortable going forward with his company I would definitely say under-promise and over-deliver
