Framing and managing some of his subcontractors did a good job, when it was time for drywall, insulation, muddying and tapping his work leaves a lot to wish for. He took over 6 weeks over the time discussed during bid and award of the project. I had someone else skim coat my ceilings and walls in my main floor, cabinets are scratched, and the flooring is not level and also scratched. After everything was done came up with a list of extras which he should have done throughout the almost 4 months he was working in my house. At the end he let me With a lot of repairs, a sealed window and the roof of the new garage leaking. Although he was a great sales person, he could not deliver a quality project

Atum Construction gutted and did a complete remodel on my Basement. I am very Satisfied with the work that was done. Mike Pagan was diligent in the process. My actual grade for the work is A-. The price was reasonable the quality of the work was great and the attention to any cares or concerns was spot on. My reasoning for not grading them a straight A has to do with the length of the project. There were some delays beyond Mike's control but there were still some on their side that caused the project to go longer than expected. Even still this is a company that I would hire again and have no problem recommending them to anyone.

Mike did a great job. He was meticulous in the design and construction. He took great care even for a shed.

I needed help in getting a one-stop shop for helping me build out the basement of my home. This work included a half bath, a small office, laundry room and a living space. Atum was able to guide me in everything from all architectural services from zoning to obtaining the permit, and then fully executing the construction of my home. Mike was very responsive of my household's needs and wants while providing valuable feedback. Having Atum as the designer and the contractor eliminates the middle man and there is no lost communication.

We just had our basement remodeled by Atum. We are very happy with their work. They definitely went above and beyond on the job, and worked with us every step of the way.

Mike and his team were great. He was always keeping me up to date and even suggested ideas that would save us time and money. His work was well constructed and came back to do a bit of touch up paint after we moved some furniture and dinged a corner.

Atum did a wonderful job renovating my home, high quality work for a great price and will hire them in the future for our next project!
