He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. We brought in the machine and Kevin assessed the issues and completely rebuilt the machine from scratch, repaired the processor, installed Windows, tied up all the wiring and the glowing rainbow system was quite a masterpiece upon completion. Since the chassis is clear glass to show off the components it really made a difference. My son spent a fortune on this machine and was thrilled with the work Kevin performed.
