"A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! I'm 62 years old and have moved several times in my life, and it's never been a good experience --until now! Andres and his team are great. He actually repaired some of my furniture that had previously broken --and didn't charge me any extra for it. Stop reading this review right now and book your next move with AM & PM Moving. It will be one of the best moves you'll ever make."

"Mr. Renshaw arrived on time and did a thorough tuning the piano. Our piano had not been tuned in many years and I was expecting a scolding from the tuner, but Mr. Renshaw was pleasant, positive and did an excellent job. Neither my wife nor I actually play the piano, it is remnant of our children's music lessons. My wife says that it sounds much better. For me, I can accurately be described as tone deaf. We will not hesitate to use Renshaw Music to tune our piano more frequently in the future."

"It was one of the most amazing experiences that I have experienced with a mover so far. Joji was extremely professional and superb on his timing and the moving was so smooth. I really appreciate him and his worker for working so Denteley and so hard to get everything moved and a timely fashion and neatly and safely as possible I will Recommend them to everyone they’re amazing understanding the price isn’t ridiculous book with book Brothers. I’m telling you."

"The move went well. I had underestimated how much stuff I had, but the movers just got right to work and hustled all day. I was impressed by their stamina. The three man team worked well together. They were efficient and upbeat. The piano, armoire and dining room table were extremely heavy, but all were moved successfully. I highly recommend these guys and would use them again.

"Enrique, Abner, Maruin, and Nick were so fast and helpful! They moved us quickly even though it was so hot and humid outside and they had to lug our sectional couch up and down stairs. Thanks again!"

"Everything went perfect. Fee was right in line with advanced quote received. Movers were professional, courteous and on time. They were efficient in their time (one of the reasons the quote was right on the money). Nothing was broken or damaged in the move. All the necessary pads were provided, they offered us the use of wardrobe boxes, but we didn't require them. I could not have been more pleased and would highly recommend to anyone."

"We are very pleased with Best Cost Movers for their excellent service and low price. We were moving from a 2 BR condo in Geneva to a house in Hinsdale. We found Best Cost Movers from Angie's list and called Eric for appointment. He set up the moving time and also confirmed it by email. On moving day, Santos and Dan were very careful in packing and moving our furniture. They managed to avoid any scratches or dents to the condo and the house. They were very efficient in both moving and driving. We appreciate their effort in making our move a very pleasant experience."

"The salesman promised to always be available throughout the entire process. I called him once I had chosen Hollander (the other mover I considered was booked the week I needed to move) but did not reach him and did not get a call back from him. I finally called the office and ended up working with them from there on out, so the promise was rather empty. The plan for the move was for a three day pack/move/delivery due to the second stop that was needed. Just days before the move, I was asked to allow movers to pack both locations at the same time to cut down the overall time. I informed the office that I did not have a second person to watch the second location and Hollander suggested that I simply leave movers in my home to work without supervision while I went to the other location, sixty miles away, which I refused to do. It was then made into a two day move with packing and loading the larger home in one day, then packing, loading the second location and delivering on day two. I think the rush to cram things in resulted in the damage that my homes suffered as well as the issue of them not wanting to drive in Chicago traffic to get home after the delivery. Packing - I found napkins rings dropped on the floor and overlooked. The packers left tape roll hanging on the 100 year old latch of one of the stained glass windows. I have found sets of items scattered across several boxes in ways that made no sense. For example, two glasses of a six-set where in one box and others were found in boxes from other areas of the house unrelated to the kitchen. A top of the blender was in one box and the base was in another. A box spring was dragged on the floor resulting in two long and deep scratches in the second floor hallway - right where buyers looking at the home would be able to see it. In the end, they offered a payment of $350 as they reported it could not be repaired without refinishing the entire second floor hall and two adjoining rooms - so I would have to pay for the rest of the refinishing and they would contribute only for the scratch - but the refinishing would not have been needed if not for the scratches they did. No floor protection was put down at all in the first location – the driver said later that he had changed trucks and could not find any. At the second pick up, once they were done using a side door, they left it propped out allowing the summer heat to come continue to come in. They had propped another door with a door stop jammed up at the top – both of these doors were left open after they drove off and I was left to get the wedging out. At the new home (delivery) where there were pristine wood floors, they did put down floor protection on all walk ways. Unfortunately, that did not stop the movers from again dragging large items on the floors in the bed rooms which resulted in scratches to the floors in several rooms. In addition, a wall was scratched as well. They did send the repair company to address the floors at the new location and that repair was satisfactory. They did not yet send someone yet to deal with the damage to the dry wall where the paint was scratched. I was never asked to sign anything verifying any prior damage to items but was asked after the delivery to sign blank screens on a tablet and later once I got the actual print out, I saw a list of my items and their assessment of condition. The driver did take responsibility right away for the floor damage in both locations but that did not really help with the fact that it did not need to have happened at all. They each needed to simply wait/ask for help to lift and place things rather than drag on the floor."
