I supply employees on an as needed basis. I have usually five that meet my quality requirements I have used for the past 9 years or so. I do not sub contract out I am usually on the job 98% of the time. I work on a contractual basis, usually depending on size of project. Payment is when project is completed. Whole residential projects very. I do not have promotions or financing options. I except check or cash. (At this time)

"He doesn't ever return my calls and he leaves it up to his secretary or whoever is handling the phones. And so it goes through her and it comes to me and sometimes goings are not pass on properly as far as what was said. According to what I have here. Now, I am sick, I have cancer. This is one of the things I told him. I haven't expected any special treatment but because of that dilemma for me, I'm under stress and I am under doctor's supervision constantly, and he knew that. And I thought that would inspire him to get this job done in a proprietary manner, like he said, he would do. So, let's just keep it as the fourth as his last day of being here. He got the roof on and the gutters but he didn't extra work that he was going to do accomplished. He didn't put the gutter guards on and the leaves are falling, so it is really quite important. So the gutter guards be in place. He did not. He hasn't put some of the gutters back that he removed. He hasn't installed a window that he said he was going to replace. He hasn't installed the siding that was damaged that he said he was going to replace but he didn't replace it. Hit one of his excuses, he hasn't received it from his supplier. He hasn't replaced the lights on the house. There's two outdoor fixtures he was going to replace but hasn't done that. And I think that pretty much wraps up what he hasn't done."

Chimney Liner Installation questions, answered by experts

Examples include gas stoves, ovens, and water heaters. Confirm with your provider for specific items.

Propane sales companies typically offer propane delivery, tank installation and maintenance, grilling refills, and emergency support for supply interruptions.

The difference between a built-in and regular grill is installation and design. A built-in grill is integrated into an outdoor kitchen or structure, often within a countertop or island. It is a permanent fixture. A regular grill is standalone, portable, or cart-mounted, allowing mobility and versatility in placement. Built-in grills are typically larger with more cooking space, while regular grills come in various sizes. Built-in grills are favored for creating a custom outdoor cooking area, while regular grills provide convenience and flexibility.

All U.S. states require permits for gas grill installation, so you’ll have to get one before you move forward with your project. Permits help ensure that the gas line runs safely to avoid gas leaks and explosions. Gas line permits can usually also only be pulled by certified plumbers, which means you’ll have to hire a professional from the start. The permit for a gas line installation for a gas grill usually costs between $100 and $300. You can contact your installation company or building department for more accurate pricing.

On average, a gas grill can last from five to 15 years. Most grill manufacturers offer an extended warranty, varying in coverage and terms. You can help extend the life of your grill by cleaning it inside and out to remove food, grease, and carbon deposits. Protect your gas grill from the elements with a grill cover to prevent it from rusting, lessening the frequency of repairs.
