It took him no time at all to remove the screws and replace the bad deadbolt with a new one. He also seemed very trustworthy. He went above and beyond to work with my schedule to get in as quickly as possible to get the job done in time for a village inspection and closing on the sale of the home. "Mattco has been performing repairs and regular plumbing maintenance at my 116 year old Chicago 2-flat for many years. Over time with experience I have gained trust in Mattco Plumbing to get me out of big jams with the plumbing in this old building. Just recently Matt repaired the 2nd floor toilet drain line in the ceiling above my 1st floor bathroom in a very tight spot. I have had other plumbers walk away from the repair or just wanting to do the band aide repair. Matt was able to replace the entire drain line above the ceiling. I watched him do the repair.
